To All Al-Hadi Medical Clinic Employees

Today, we celebrate nine years of mind joggling and hard effort contributed by every member of the TEAM into undergoing a major metamorphosis to improve and carve the Al-Hadi Medical Clinic onto the right path. We look back, with pride, at the long journey of transformation to re-create a professional, dedicated, well groomed, pleasing, smiling, and inviting TEAM of Health Care Providers. A journey, least characterized as absolutely challenging to all. Albeit, we have done it through a team spirit bubbling with energy, intellect, and overwhelmed with hope and desire for a bright and prosperous future



Meeting The Challenge summarizes what we all want to see Al-Hadi Medical Clinic stands for. Many of us have dedicated a lot of personal time to describe the behaviors which we believe are vital if we are to live up to our Vision. If we live by our Values, we will successfully achieve our Mission in a healthy, happy and professional working environment. We, then, can take ultimate pride in our organization’s achievements

Together we will meet the challenge to improve the way we do business, and also the way we deal with each other and our patients

This booklet will help us to focus on questions such as follows
- What is the challenge we face, and how far do we have to go
- How do these Values translate into day-to-day life on the job
- How will everyone within Al-Hadi Medical Clinic act on the job and toward each other
- When we make decisions, what Values will influence the decision making?

All of us at Al-Hadi Medical Clinic, I am sure, will commit ourselves to achieving excellence, and living out our Vision is part of that long term process. Think of this booklet as a stepping stone, rather than a destination.

We are a TEAM Rendering an Excellent, Preventive and Curative, Health Care to our Patients and Community at World Class Standard through the employment of Outstanding Clinicians and Strict Commitment to our Core Values

Our Challenge
Our Vision, Mission and Values give us all the same reference base to guide our activities and our movement forward. Our challenge is to deliver increasing value to the patient, and increase our performance and capability

We will build on our strengths and improve our weaknesses. We will also measure our progress and celebrate our success

Organizational and Personal Learning
Al-Hadi Medical Clinic is an Institution focused on continuous improvement, moving measurably towards excellence in the way we do our business.

Applying Our Values
The lists of behaviors that follow each of the eight Value statements are only examples. These lists are not meant to be complete, but they apply throughout the Institution

There is space on each page for you to add other behaviors which represent the particular value. Perhaps you might want to include behaviors specific to your team or function and which will guide the way you intend to work together in the future

If we can specifically identify the behaviors we want to see in practice, and if we measure those behaviors, then we can look at our progress and our improvement

By applying these values, from management to frontline employees, as individuals and as teams, we will help to transform – measurably – our Institution
